Tracy Pohlabel has worked in the field of youth services for over a decade. Tracy began their career in 2009 as a Center Director at KinderCare. In 2014, they moved to Creative World of Learning as a Campus Operations Supervisor. In 2016, they took on the role of Youth Services Manager at United Rehabilitation Services.

Tracy Pohlabel has an Associate's degree in Ece from Northern Michigan University and attended Wright State University.
