David Monds is an experienced Real Estate Development Manager at Michael and Son Services since September 2022, responsible for facilitating property acquisitions and dispositions, managing due diligence, approvals, permitting, and project design with an emphasis on cost management. Additionally, David oversees the bidding process, negotiates contracts, monitors contractor performance during construction, and maintains documentation for the real estate portfolio while fostering positive tenant relationships. Concurrently, David has been a Licensed Realtor at United Real Estate Richmond since July 2016 and previously worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., from March 2016 to July 2016.
