Rizwanul Haque is an experienced procurement and finance professional with a strong background in materials and service procurement across various sectors. Currently serving as a Procurement Officer at United Planning Organization since October 2014, Rizwanul has previously held positions such as Procurement Specialist at Friendship Public Charter School and Contracting Specialist at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, focusing on procurement and contracts administration. Rizwanul's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure as Head of Procurement at National Refinery Limited, managing procurement for multiple facilities and securing materials from domestic and international markets. Earlier in the career, Rizwanul was the Senior Manager Finance and Planning at State Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Corporation (PERAC), where responsibilities included budget preparation, project financing, and market research. Rizwanul holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from the University of Dhaka.
