Elif Gürtekin is a global HR leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational transformation across various sectors, including technology and financial services. They served as Senior HRBP at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji from 2007 to 2011 and later held several key positions at Vodafone from 2011 to 2018, including Group Resourcing Manager and Talent and Global Projects Lead. Following that, Elif was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at bp from 2019 to 2022 before assuming roles at HSBC, where they currently serve as Global Head of Talent Solutions and Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Digital Business Services. Elif also contributes as a board member at United Planet, and holds advanced degrees in I/O Psychology and Sociology from Middle East Technical University.
