Pratheep Kamath is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in retail transformation and risk management. Currently serving as Executive Director & Head of Retail Transformation at UOB since November 2022, Pratheep previously held multiple leadership roles at Citi from November 2005 to November 2022, including Head of Digital and Client Experience & Data and Analytics, as well as various positions in lending and credit risk management. Pratheep also has entrepreneurial experience as the Proprietor of Dosa King from October 2002 to November 2006 and began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank. Pratheep holds an MBA in Finance from Assumption University in Bangkok and a Bachelor of Commerce from Canara College, complemented by foundational education at Canara Pre-University and Canara School in Mangalore.
