Daphne Chan TEP, ChFC, currently serves as the First Vice President (Private Bank) Offshore at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) and has previously held the position of Vice President at Citigold Private Clients within Citi, as well as Assistant Vice President at HSBC. Daphne Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the National University of Singapore, completed in June 2003, and earned A Levels at HWA CHONG Junior College from January 1996 to December 1997.
