Bonar Richard Silalahi is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of the Sector Solutions Group at UOB since September 2009, Bonar has also held various senior positions including Managing Director and Head of Industrials and Consumer Goods, and Managing Director of Corporate Banking Overseas. Prior to UOB, Bonar was a Director at United Orient Capital from September 2014 to May 2019, and held the role of Director and Head of DCM at PT HSBC Securities from September 2006 to October 2009. Bonar began a decade-long tenure at PT Bank DBS Indonesia in September 1996, culminating as Director before transitioning to subsequent roles.
