Anjetta Thackeray is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in labor relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as Communications Manager at UNAC/UHCP since June 2018, Anjetta previously held the role of National Coordinator for Communications at the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions from May 2014 to June 2018. This organization represents over 85,000 health care workers and is noted for its Labor Management Partnership with Kaiser Permanente. Anjetta's earlier experience includes significant roles at Kaiser Permanente, where support was provided for labor management communications, as well as positions in various media and legal settings, including associate attorney at Bush Gottlieb and senior press advisor at The Brookings Institution. Anjetta holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
