Todd Coolidge has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Todd began their career at Northern Tool + Equipment in 1999 as a Sr. Inventory Analyst and later became an Inventory Manager in 2000. In 2001, they joined Best Buy as a Planner and progressed to the role of Sr. Planner from 2003 to 2005. Todd then transitioned to SUPERVALU in 2009 and held various positions including Analytics Manager, Sr. Manager; Consumer Insights & Strategy, Incentive Compensation Manager, and Sr. Manager, Executive Compensation. In 2017, they became the Director, Executive Compensation at SUPERVALU, a position they held until 2018. Currently, Todd is the Director, Executive Compensation at UNFI.

Todd Coolidge graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1994.
