Ines Tlemsani is currently serving as a Budget and Finance Officer at UNHQ for the United Nations, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ines worked with UNOPS from January 2010 to January 2024 as both a Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Associate. Ines also gained experience as a French Proofreader in the Press Section of the United Nations Department of Public Information from September 2008 to December 2009. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Contract Management Officer at Compagnie Méditerranéenne d'Assurances et de Réassurances COMAR from February 2001 to August 2007. Ines earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the South Mediterranean University from January 2020 to June 2023, and a Maitrise in Financial Management from Institut supérieur de gestion de Tunis between 1996 and 2000.
