Mathias Charles Yabe currently serves as the Country Coordinator for Ghana at the Hult Prize Foundation and has demonstrated significant entrepreneurial success as the CEO and Co-Founder of AkoFresh. Recognized as the Inaugural Winner of the Prototypes for Humanity Award, Mathias's innovation was selected from a global pool of entrants. Additionally, Mathias has been acknowledged by the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation as a Top Youth4South Entrepreneur and was awarded the Grand Prize of the Young Global Changers Recoupling Award at the Global Solutions Summit in Berlin. As an Anzisha Prize Fellow and Grand Prize Winner, Mathias is part of a prestigious fellowship program supporting young African entrepreneurs. Other accolades include winning the Youth For Climate Resilient Agriculture Competition and the Community Prize in the Techstyle For Social Good International Competition. Mathias is pursuing studies in Communication Design at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an entrepreneurship course at Queen's University.
