Wendy Nabasanga serves as the Chief of Staff at Outbox Uganda since November 2022, focusing on operational and strategic task prioritization, stakeholder engagement management, business development, and strategic service delivery. Additionally, Wendy is an Insider Member of the Chief of Staff Network, engaging in transformational learning and community support for professionals in the role. Previously, Wendy held the position of Service Delivery Lead at The Innovation Village, overseeing customer experience and operations administration from November 2019 to November 2022. Earlier career roles include Executive Personal Assistant at Global Healthcare and Senior Administrative Assistant at Medical Access Uganda Limited. Wendy holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, both from Makerere University.
