Carlos Haddad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and administration. Currently serving as the Director of the Division of Administration at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa since April 2015, Carlos has previously held senior roles such as Deputy Director for Management and Administration at UN Women and various positions at UNDP, including Deputy Country Director and Senior Deputy Resident Representative - Operations. Earlier career highlights include roles at UNOPS, World Food Programme, Catholic Relief Services, International House, and United Nations Volunteers. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Gestion des Entreprise from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
