Javier O. Cervera, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Farmworker Services at UMOS, Inc., a position held since September 2023. Previously, Cervera worked as a licensed realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from July 2022 to June 2023, assisting clients in buying and selling properties. Cervera's experience includes various community-focused roles, such as Account Specialist and Community Relations Specialist at the University of Phoenix, and positions at eXp Realty and the Boy Scouts of America: Circle Ten Council.
