Anthony Valente has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anthony started their career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Gabriel M. Ambrosio in 1999, where they handled a variety of litigation and arbitration cases. Anthony then became a Senior Associate Attorney at Agostino & Associates, P.C. in 2006, focusing on real estate transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring, and general commercial litigation. In 2009, Valente joined Metro Terminals Corp. as Vice President and General Counsel, where they provided comprehensive legal advice and managed regulatory compliance. Lastly, Valente currently holds the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at United Metro Energy Corp., where they serve as the chief legal officer and advisor, responsible for governance, policy, and risk management.
