Sharon Yesner has extensive experience in volunteer coordination and community outreach within the healthcare sector. Since January 2010, Sharon has served as a Board Member for the New Jersey Association of Healthcare Volunteer Resource Professionals (NJAHVRP) and has been the Coordinator of Volunteers at United Methodist Communities Pitman since November 2006. Previous roles include Director of Volunteer Services at the Free Library of Philadelphia and various positions in recreational therapy and community outreach at Philadelphia Nursing Home, Nazareth Hospital, and Germantown Home. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University, earned between 1981 and 1985. Additionally, Sharon has contributed as a volunteer to the Angels of God Clothing Closet from 2009 to 2013, continuing to engage in supportive projects with the organization.
