Prior roles include GWM Sales Manager at Great Western Malting Company, General Manager at Bairds Malt, and Safety Specialist at Canada Malting Company, where safety management systems were overseen across North America. Tyler's foundation in the field includes a degree in Applied Biomolecular Sciences from Lakehead University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
