Stuart Benton has significant experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Managing Surveyor at United Living Group since April 2013, where Stuart leads the Commercial Team for a 15-year strategic partnership with Wolverhampton Homes and Wolverhampton City Council. Prior to this role, Stuart was Commercial Manager at Bullock Construction Limited from January 2011 to March 2013, overseeing a team of approximately 15 in the delivery of various new build social housing and refurbishment projects in the West Midlands. Stuart began their tenure at Bullock Construction Ltd in June 1998, progressing from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor by 2004.
