Rob Young has extensive work experience in the construction and project management industry. rob started their career in 1997 at J. Murphy & Sons Limited, where they worked as a Construction/Project Manager for almost two decades. In 2016, they briefly worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as a Senior Project Manager in Transmission and Distribution. Following that, they returned to J. Murphy & Sons Limited as a Regional Construction Manager from 2016 to 2018.

After leaving J. Murphy & Sons Limited, Young joined O'Connor Utilities Ltd in 2018 as an Operations Manager. rob worked in this role until 2020. In the same year, they moved to VolkerInfra as a Construction Manager, and they held this position until early 2022. Young then joined Fastflow Pipeline Services in 2022 as a Construction Manager for a brief period. Currently, they are working at United Living Group in the role of Project Manager.
