Leandro Encarnacion currently serves as Health Center Director at Sun River Health since June 2024 and also holds the position of Health Outcomes Solutions Consultant and Community Engagement Program Manager at United Language Group since July 2022. Previous roles include Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us, where the focus was on connecting health and social service providers, and involvement with the Accountable Health Communities Model at Nuvance Health, aimed at improving health for at-risk patients.
