David Conway has extensive experience in IT operations and software localization, currently serving as Vice President of IT Operations & Application Support at United Language Group since April 2016, following the company's acquisition of Merrill Brink International. At United Language Group, David also held the positions of Global Director of Localization Engineering and Global Engineering Lead. Prior to this, David worked at Merrill Brink International as Engineering Lead and Senior Software Localization Engineer from April 2011 to March 2016. David's career began at Nortel Networks, where a role as Software Localization Engineer evolved to encompass various leadership positions until 2009, when Avaya acquired Nortel. David continued at Avaya as a Senior Software Localization Engineer and Lab Manager until March 2011.
