Aman Parmar is currently serving as a Sales Director at United Initiators since February 2020, where Aman develops and executes strategic sales plans for the North American Hydrogen Peroxide business unit. Prior to this role, Aman worked as a Corporate Account Manager in Hydrogen Peroxide at Solenis from December 2014 to February 2020, receiving the 2018 Solenis Eagle Award for being in the Top 1% of Sales Managers globally. Before that, Aman was a Technical Coordinator at Reichhold from July 2010 to November 2014. Aman holds a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Lakehead University, and a degree in Chemical Sciences from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
