Danielle McCollister currently serves as the Managing Director of Claims at United Heartland since January 2023. Prior to this role, McCollister held the position of Director of Strategic Operations & Client Relations at AF - Group from January 2021 to January 2023. From March 2013 to October 2021, McCollister worked at United Heartland as the Director of Strategy and Customer Experience and previously as the Manager of Managed Care. McCollister's professional journey includes experience as Staff Counsel - Litigation Attorney at Accident Fund Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities involved managing litigated workers' compensation cases for United Wisconsin Insurance Company and Accident Fund Insurance Company of America. McCollister earned a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School between 1999 and 2003.
