Annalise Bischel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Annalise is currently working at United Grain Corporation as a Business Development Manager, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Financial Analyst/Special Projects Manager at the same company from August 2019 to January 2022.

From 2008 to 2017, Annalise worked at Columbia Grain, Inc. again, this time in roles such as Project Coordinator and Special Project Manager. As a Project Coordinator, they managed various company-wide programs, including designing and maintaining a country-wide forecasting system, handling licensing and registrations, managing insurance policies, coordinating recruiting efforts, and initiating corporate programs such as credit card systems and work-wear programs. In their role as Special Project Manager, they also became certified as a Process Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) and was involved in meeting FSMA requirements and attending FDA audits.

Earlier in their career, Annalise volunteered as the President of the MOMS Club of West Linn from June 2004 to May 2005. Annalise was responsible for overseeing the club's operations, including recruitment, activities, meetings, community services, and charity fundraisers. Annalise also held other positions within the club from 2000 to 2006.

Additionally, Annalise worked as a Program Coordinator at Bethlehem Church Preschool.

Overall, Annalise Bischel has extensive experience in business development, financial analysis, project management, international trade, and volunteer leadership.
