Aziz Dhiyab is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, particularly in banking and customer experience. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at United Finance Company SAOG since March 2022, Aziz leads significant change programs aimed at digital transformation, including the implementation of Oracle's Core Banking System. Previous roles include Head of Customer Experience at National Bank of Oman, where Aziz successfully directed a digital migration program, and Founding Partner at Serka Contracting LLC. Aziz has held several managerial positions focused on quality assurance, service delivery, and customer engagement across various financial institutions, complemented by an educational background that includes an MBA from Middlesex University Dubai and a Senior Executive Management Program from London Business School.
