Dianne Briza is an accomplished collections professional currently serving as a Collections Specialist at UFA since June 2022. Previously, Dianne worked as a Collections Officer at CBV Collection Services Ltd., where performance improved significantly through the development of KPI-focused scripts and adherence to debt collection regulations. Dianne has also held the position of Office Manager at Alfa Upholstery, turning around an unprofitable office by enhancing record management and customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies. Dianne's earlier experience includes serving as Divisional Manager at CBV Collection Services Ltd., where a focus on training and team motivation resulted in increased debtor payments. Dianne started their career as a Team Leader at Eye to Eye Acquisition. Dianne has pursued education at Vancouver Community College and is currently studying at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
