Brian Dao has extensive experience in software support and quality assurance, having worked at United Electronic Industries since September 2006 as an Engineer and previously as an Application/Support Engineer, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive software support via phone and email and managing multiple customer tasks simultaneously. Prior to this, Brian served as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Data Translation, Inc. from November 2004 to September 2006, leading test efforts for Data Translation DAQ and developing training sessions for sales and technical support. Brian's career also includes experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at 3Com from 1999 to 2001. Educationally, Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
