Sulaiman Alhail has a solid work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Sulaiman started working at Qatar Petroleum in 2010 as a Civil Structural Engineer until 2012. After that, they joined ASTAD Project Management in 2013 as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager in 2015. In 2018, they joined United Development Company as a Senior Project Manager and eventually became the Engineering & Construction Director in July 2020.

Sulaiman Alhail attended the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering.
