Tim Franks, CISSP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT security management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Cybersecurity at United Airlines since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Threat and Vulnerability Management at iconectiv from April 2022 to July 2023. Tim's career includes significant roles at United Airlines, where Tim progressed from Support Analyst to Director, overseeing Cyber Security Visibility and Analysis, Platform and Security Operations, and IT Operations and Security Engineering between 2011 and 2020. Additionally, Tim worked at Continental Airlines, Inc. from 1996 to 2011 in various managerial and specialist roles within systems engineering and development.
