Rui P. Lima is an accomplished pilot with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Pilot at United Airlines since July 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring effective communication and coordination among crew members and maintaining high safety standards. As the Founder and President of TransVerde Airlines since April 2022, Rui P. Lima has led strategic planning and fundraising efforts for the airline's successful launch and sustainability. Previous roles include Pilot positions at JetBlue Airways, Mesa Airlines, and Heliang Transportes Aéreos, as well as First Officer roles at Fly540 Aviation and Cabo Verde Airlines. Rui P. Lima holds a degree from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2011.
