Marlon Oviedo has extensive experience in academia and consulting, currently serving as a docente at Unitec and UNAH since 2014 and 1996, respectively. In addition to teaching, Marlon acts as a legal advisor for Foprideh since 2013. Marlon's previous roles include head of technical support at DEI from 2000 to 2007 and head of IT at Registro UNAH from 1996 to 2001. Marlon holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics and Business from Unitec Honduras, a Master's in Tax Administration and Customs from Universidad Tecnológica de México, and a Bachelor's in Administrative Informatics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
