Robert DeLeon possesses extensive experience in community engagement and service management within various organizations. Currently serving as Network Success Manager II at Unite Us since January 2021, Robert has also held roles including Senior Community Engagement Manager and Community Engagement Manager, focusing on building coordinated care networks for health and social services. Previously, Robert served as Executive Director of Spirit of the Plains CASA from September 2018 to December 2020, advocating for the welfare of abused and neglected children. Other notable positions include Foster Care Recruiter at EmberHope, Inc., Campus Director at United Methodist Youthville, and Community Center Director at The Salvation Army. Robert's career began in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. Academically, Robert earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from National American University and a Bachelor of Education from Fort Hays State University.
