Peggy Lentz, SPHR, has a diverse professional background with over three decades of experience in talent management, organizational development, and health education. Currently serving as Senior Talent Manager at UNITE HERE HEALTH since April 2015, Peggy is dedicated to improving health and healthcare access. Previously, Peggy spent 14 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, advancing through various roles focused on leadership development and performance management. Additional experience includes a managerial position at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where Peggy led significant projects in neonatal resuscitation and educational resources, and a role at the American Red Cross, managing safety and health programs. Early career experience as a registered dietitian at the Will County Health Department provided foundational skills in nutrition education. Peggy holds an MS in Training and Development from Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Dietetics and Nutrition from Northern Illinois University.
