Laura Randall is an experienced professional in social justice and spiritual care, currently serving as the Associate Director of Development for Congregation Relations at the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) since July 2019, where collaboration with congregations is key to enhancing their impact on social justice. Prior to this role, Laura was the Legacy Campaign Director at the Unitarian Universalist Association, successfully leading a campaign that raised over $100 million in legacy gift intentions. Additional experience includes program management at Healing Moments, spiritual care coordination at AseraCare, and various roles within the Unitarian Universalist community, including chaplaincy and ministerial internship. Academic credentials include a Master of Divinity from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from Alfred University.
