Yannis Iliadis has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Yannis started their career in 1993 at Computer Aided Ltd as a Developer/CAD specialist, where they specialized in Photorealistic representation of 3D models/Buildings and customized CAD functionality. In 2000, Yannis joined Interamerican as a Software Engineer/Developer, where they implemented insurance business objects in Java, created insurance documents in pdf using iText for Java, and developed Java Web services for insurance agents and brokers. In 2014, they moved to SingularLogic as a Software Engineer/IVR systems, where they focused on the development of Voice Portal using Avaya Dialog Designer and Convergys Interaction Composer. Currently, Yannis is working at UniSystems as a Senior Software Engineer.

Yannis Iliadis has an extensive education history in the field of technology. Yannis obtained a Graduate degree in MSIT from HAU between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics at Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Athinas from 1988 to 1999. In 1992, Yannis briefly attended Fachhochschule Darmstadt, where they focused on Computer Graphics.

In addition to their formal education, Yannis has also acquired several certifications. In January 2019, they became a Red Hat Certified Specialist in Camel Development. Yannis further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications in JavaScript, including "JavaScript: Classes," "JavaScript: Scope," and "Learning Functional Programming with JavaScript (ES5)," which were obtained in July and June 2020. More recently, in March 2022, Yannis completed a certification titled "Learning Quarkus" through LinkedIn to expand their knowledge in the field.
