Rodrigo de Souza Oliveira has extensive experience in e-learning design and instructional design. Rodrigo currently works as an E-Learning Design Specialist at Uni Systems since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at the European Commission and Fyld, starting in December 2020. From November 2018 to November 2020, Rodrigo worked as an Instructional Design Specialist at ED-ROM - Produção de Conteúdos Multimedia, Lda.

Before transitioning to e-learning design, Rodrigo worked in education, specifically as a Program Coordinator and Middle School Teacher at Escola Canadense de Niterói from January 2013 to June 2015.
