Venki Srinivasaiah is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as the Manager of Iteration Management Practice at UniSuper since October 2019, following a role as Senior Project Manager. Venki has held various managerial positions, including Manager of an Agile Squad at Commonwealth Bank and Project Manager at GFG Alliance - Australia. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Project Manager at Nationwide Insurance, where overall project management was provided across multiple products, and roles as IT Project Manager for both Nordstrom and Procter & Gamble, focusing on platform enhancements and distributor onboarding respectively. Venki began the career as a Business Analyst at Meijer, achieving significant savings through workflow creation, and initially worked as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys, developing applications and reporting tools. Venki holds an M.B.A. in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.E. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
