Lem Ozinger has a diverse work experience in various design roles. From 2021 to the present, they worked as a Digital Content Designer at UniSuper. Prior to this, Lem worked as a Designer/Illustrator in a freelance capacity since 2007. Lem also has experience as a Graphic Designer at RMIT University from August 2013 to October 2020. In this role, they produced collateral for campaigns and promotions, including event posters, brochures, signage, and web and social media imagery, while adhering to the requirements of RMIT's brand.

Lem Ozinger attended RMIT University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Design (HON) degree with a major in Communication Design.
