Head Of Finance Business Partnering at UniSuper

Christina Oosthuizen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christina is currently working as the Head of Finance Business Partnering at UniSuper since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Cbus Super Fund for four years from August 2018 to August 2022, where they held the position of Manager, Finance Business Partners. In this role, they led a team of Finance Business Partners, set performance targets, and delivered budget/forecast positions.

Before joining Cbus Super Fund, Christina worked at ANZ for seven years from 2010 to 2017. Christina served in various roles, including Finance Business Partner: Grp Retail Property (Aus, NZ, and APEA), Finance Business Partner: Grp Property, Finance Business Partner: Grp HR & CEO Units, Project Finance Manager, and Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, they developed budgets, provided monthly reporting on business performance, and collaborated with different stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Christina has also had work breaks during their career, where they engaged in traveling. Christina took a break in 2010 and another in 2007.

Before their work breaks, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Business Partner for Wholesale Markets / Treasury & Trading from December 2009 to May 2010. Christina produced monthly business cost reports, engaged with front office managers, and provided ongoing commentary on financial positions.

Prior to Lloyds Banking Group, Christina worked at Credit Suisse as a Controller - IT Finance from February 2008 to November 2009. Christina was responsible for financial control in the IT department.

Christina also had a brief work break in 2007, after which they joined Morgan Stanley as a Controller -Major Projects from February 2007 to November 2007.

Christina Oosthuizen has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting and Banking & Finance from La Trobe University. Additionally, they have also participated in the CPA Australia Program. Specific start and end years for both educational experiences are not provided.
