Rachel Butler has extensive experience in document control, regulatory asset management, and leadership roles within various governmental departments and organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Document Control and Regulatory Asset Management Plan at Unison Networks Ltd since April 2022, Rachel has held multiple managerial positions including within the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions and the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic), where responsibilities included advising on priority precincts and developing the Victorian Infrastructure Plan. Earlier career roles spanned across the Department of Education & Training, the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority, and other organizations in both New Zealand and Australia, showcasing a strong foundation in governance and project management. Rachel holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University and has pursued further education through the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
