Philip Packer is an experienced professional in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as TPM Europe at Unisem since March 2016. Philip previously held the position of Application Engineering Manager at ASE Group from May 2014 to March 2016. Prior experience at Unisem Europe includes roles as Head of Operations and Quality Manager from October 2006 to March 2014. Philip also worked as Technical Program Manager and Customer Engineer at Unisem Europe / Atlantic Technology from August 2000 to October 2006, and as Technical / Quality Manager at Irca UK between August 1998 and August 2000. Additionally, Philip was a Process Quality Manager at Hoover / Candy from January 1997 to August 1998 and held roles as Supplier Development Engineer and Process Quality Engineer at Hoover Ltd from July 1990 to January 1997.
