Jhogiel Cruz currently serves as the Head of Accounting at Unirises since 2020. Prior to this role, Jhogiel worked as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International Philippines from October 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included assisting players through chat and email with account recovery, technical support, and in-game currency transactions. Jhogiel also has experience as a Sales Representative at VXI Global Solutions from September 2021 to October 2022, focusing on customer interactions regarding telecommunication billing and service promotions within a major U.S. telecommunications company. Jhogiel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a major in Financial Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, expected to graduate in July 2027.
