Nataliya Lyalyuk is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at UNIQA Ukraine since February 2008, Nataliya has demonstrated expertise in fostering workplace environments that support employee engagement and development. Prior to this role, Nataliya worked as an HR Manager at Unimilk from September 2004 to January 2008, where responsibilities included managing various HR functions and contributing to the overall human resources strategy.
