Nichelle Fair is a Principal Product Designer at Uniphore, specializing in product strategy for a cloud multi-tenant platform and leading the development of a new design system. With a rich background in user experience design, Nichelle previously held the position of Lead User Experience Designer, fostering a user-centered design culture for a global conversational AI company. Prior to Uniphore, experiences included Lead Product Designer at Vonage, where project management and user research were key responsibilities, and Senior UX Designer at NewVoiceMedia, promoting design-driven strategies and implementing user testing processes.
