Bart Kromhout serves as the Head of Digital Transformation for Operational Assets at Uniper since May 2015, leading initiatives within the COO Digital Evolution program. Previously, Bart held various roles at Uniper, including Assistant Manager Operations for the Maasvlakte Power Plant and Team Leader Asset Risk Strategy, where responsibilities included leading risk engineers and synchronizing maintenance investments. Bart's earlier experience at E.ON involved roles as a Strategy Analyst and Management Trainee, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for conventional generation business and operations. Bart completed a Master of Science in System Engineering Policy Analysis and Management at Delft University of Technology and studied at Harbin Institute of Technology.
