Max Molina, LCSW, currently serves as Senior Director of Programs at Union Station Homeless Services since August 2023. Previously, Max held roles as Program Director and Team Supervisor at Pacific Clinics from June 2017 to July 2023, overseeing a team of mental health professionals and ensuring comprehensive service delivery for clients with severe mental health disorders. Max's experience includes working as a Navigator III Senior Case Manager at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) from May 2013 to June 2017, offering guidance to case managers and assisting veterans with housing applications. Other roles include MSW 2nd Year Intern at Volunteers of America, Project Assistant at the Center for Innovation and Research on Veterans & Military Families, and various positions at Pacific Clinics and Hillsides Outpatient Family Center. Max holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, alongside an MFA in Acting from The New School and a BA in Theatre from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
