Luca Di Pietro is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. As the Founder and CEO of Tarallucci e Vino since July 2001, Luca has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in hospitality. Additional leadership roles include serving as a Board Member for Union Square Partnership and being a member of the Board of Directors for the New York State Restaurant Association, both roles assumed in 2023. Luca is also a co-founder of Feed the Frontlines, established in March 2020, which focuses on supporting frontline workers through food initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Danesi Caffe' USA from May 1999 to February 2007 and as Area Sales Manager at Lavazza USA from April 1995 to May 1999. Luca Di Pietro holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Università di Bologna, where education was completed from 1988 to 1994.
