Andrew Samett is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in capital structure advisory, restructuring, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Union Square Advisors LLC and a Board Member at HRIP Holdings, LLC, Andrew also founded and manages Apogeo Partners LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in financial challenges. Previous roles include Managing Director at Truist Securities, where Andrew led the Capital Structure Advisory Group, and Managing Director at both Cantor Fitzgerald and Lazard Middle Market, overseeing restructuring and distressed M&A efforts. Andrew's career began at Bear Stearns & Co., where Andrew served as Senior Managing Director, and includes significant positions at Rothschild & Co. and LR Jet Corporation. Andrew holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
