Christopher Williams, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at Fors Marsh, where responsibilities include leading research and statistical modeling aimed at influencing election turnout. Previously, Christopher held the position of Senior Scientist (Process Evaluation Team Lead), overseeing a data and modeling team for a significant Federal government project. Prior experience includes an Assistant Professorship at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, focusing on independent quantitative research and survey data analysis. Roles at the University of Mannheim, the European University Institute, and Maastricht University involved supervising major public opinion survey projects and developing extensive datasets. Christopher earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from the University of North Texas, along with a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution and University of Mary Washington, respectively.
