James Pavlicek has significant experience in leadership roles within nonprofit and service-oriented organizations. Currently serving as Shelter Manager at Union Mission Ministries since May 2017, James oversees operations for an organization dedicated to assisting the homeless and underserved community. In addition, James has been employed as a Rock Star Grill Operator and Shift Supervisor at Waffle House, Inc. since July 2015. Prior to these roles, James held the position of Vice President of Operations at Encompass Personnel Services from June 2003 to June 2013. James earned a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Regent University between 2017 and 2021.
